About Alabama Kidney Research
We are a dedicated research site embedded in one of the largest Nephrology practices in the country. Alabama Kidney Research focuses on liver health and we have experience in Chronic Kidney Disease, IgA Neuropathy, Hypertension, and Apolipoprotein L1 (APOL1) research. Our Investigators are board-certified Nephrologists with many years of clinical and research experience. Our dedicated research time will ensure quality work, timely responses, consistent enrollments, and high retention rates. Our state-of-the-art facility includes electronic (24×7) temp monitoring, a lab with ambient and refrigerated centrifuges, refrigerators, as well as -20 and -80 freezers. Our dedicated pharmacy has storage for refrigerated and ambient IP (24×7 temp monitored), a hood for preparing IP, and restricted access. All equipment is calibrated and certified annually. Our research team is highly experienced, professional, and communicative.
